So that we can activate your ChiroTrust membership, please upload your email list that includes patients whose last visit to your office was within the previous 24 months.

First, type in your name and email address in the Name and Email fields.

Click the SELECT FILE button and then locate the list on your computer (csv, excel, word, ods, pages, or any digital format that we can extract the emails from—just no scans of a handwritten or printed list).

Then click the UPLOAD LIST button.

We import new emails on Friday afternoon so provided your list is received by noon (Pacific Time) on Friday, your list will begin receiving emails the following Monday.
