“I have been in practice for 13 years. I joined PBA over a year and a half ago. I had been involved, over the years, with different “practice management groups”. It was always the RAH! RAH!, here’s how you bill, here’s how you sell lifetime plans, etc. While some of the information was good, at times it seemed counter intuitive. I felt more like a used car sales person than an intelligent physician.
I was looking for a way of interacting with my patients in order to continue the education process that began in the office but in a non-intrusive way. However, I didn’t have the time to do all the work myself. I found Dr. Altadonna and the rest is history.
I am now able to keep in touch with my patients and educate them on a regular and consistent basis. I make my recommendations as a professional but don’t force them into anything they don’t want. Since I began giving them more choices, I have seen a growth in my practice and increase in referrals.
The way I see it is, I have an aversion to hard sells and it typically drives me away, so why would I do that to my practice members?”
