With the PBA most of what goes on is behind the scenes and out of the way leaving only patient care as YOUR one and only duty.Instead of taking on the world alone PBA taught me a little eight letter word called "DE LIGATE". Now the emails, newsletters and constant contact etc are done by someone else.
